Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using Uslo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Uslo is

Uslo is a paid, one-time-purchase iOS app that helps you organize medical records, provider information, and bills for your family. It runs locally on your device and syncs only through your own iCloud account. Personify Labs, Inc. does not operate a server that stores or processes your data.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Uslo on devices you own or control, for your own personal and family record-keeping. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the app or its content.

Not medical or legal advice

Uslo is an organizational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, billing dispute representation, or tax advice. Any summary, category, or total the app generates (including anything related to potential tax deductions) is for your own reference, always confirm with a qualified professional, doctor, accountant, or attorney, before acting on it.

Accuracy of scanned and transcribed content

Uslo uses on-device text recognition and speech-to-text to help you capture bills, documents, and notes. These tools are not perfect. Always review scanned or transcribed content for accuracy, especially medication names, dollar amounts, and dates, before relying on it. Personify Labs, Inc. is not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate scans or transcriptions.

Family Sharing and shared records

If you use Apple Family Sharing or choose to share records with a co-parent or other family member through iCloud, you are responsible for who you share that access with. Personify Labs, Inc. has no visibility into, and no ability to control or reverse, sharing decisions made through Apple's Family Sharing or CloudKit sharing systems.

Purchases and refunds

Uslo is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All billing, payment processing, and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund policy. Personify Labs, Inc. does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

No warranty

Uslo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personify Labs, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed payments, billing errors, late fees, or disputes arising from inaccurate or lost records.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted here. This is the first published version, so there's nothing to report yet.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
